Ainu rental villa was built in 2004. Location right in the immediate vicinity of the lake (max 25 meters). Excellent view to Ruunavesi (Lake Saimaa), and Jokkerlampi. The closest neighbor’s 70-meter, identical Iitu villa. There is no other cottages near. All floor surfaces are inside the stone (tiled), and as a form of heating is underfloor heating. Additional warmth and ambiance brings the living room fireplace.

Our farm land, nature trail, ski trail, sledding hill and campfire sites are open for free use of our customers.
